Our First Water Project in Kenya
When our founder Mr. Peter Deng commenced the work of United Africa for Progress his best friend Abdi Sharif joined him and they both quickly realized that one can’t united people who are thirsty (lacking water to drink, lacking food to eat and lacking basic health care.) As a result of brainstorming, Mr. Sharif took the lead, and the first water Project in Kenya was launched. Mr. Sharif is now the Volunteer Country Director overseeing the Water Project. The borehole was dug in this part of the country with the help of the $25,000 borrowed from friends back in America. Now the organization is raising funds to pay back the generous friends who lent their money to the organization. Help us pay back this money by clicking on the Donate Now
